Lawyer / Senior Associate (Litigation)
Description
As we expand our New York Office, we are looking for a Litigation Lawyer / Senior Associate with experience in financial and commercial litigation to support our global disputes practice. You will work closely with clients to manage complex, high-value matters across a range of jurisdictions.
Responsiblities
Acting on behalf of clients in commercial, financial, and regulatory disputes.
Advising fintech and crypto clients on litigation risk, enforcement exposure, and dispute resolution strategy.
Helping with cross-border matters involving multiple regulatory regimes, including coordination with teams in the UK, Australia and the Middle East.
Drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, and settlement documentation with precision and commercial awareness.
Qualifications/Attributes
3-6+ years, level dependant, of post-qualification experience within litigation, ideally in a top-tier law firm or boutique practice.
Must be admitted or have a practicing certificate for New York.
Demonstrated experience in commercial litigation, civil disputes, or regulatory proceedings.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills, with a focus on preparing court documents and appearing in court.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge or an interest in crypto, web3 or NFTs would be highly desirable.
