Leon provides comprehensive legal and strategic counsel to clients navigating complex domestic and international regulatory landscapes. His expertise also extends to gaming regulation, economic sanctions and advising on effective AML and ABC policies and procedures. His practice is distinguished by his ability to guide innovative and international businesses through the intricacies of developing and scaling their operations while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.

Leon was formerly a specialist offshore financial crime prosecutor for the Government of Jersey in the Channel Islands and he is able to draw on this experience to provide clients with practical, real-world insights into governance, compliance, and investigatory matters. He is particularly adept at advising on the intersection between financial crime compliance and blockchain, and often undertakes regulatory health checks for his clients and advises on the structuring of crypto enterprises to achieve the optimal balance between innovation, commercial objectives, and regulatory adherence.
