Michelle is a corporate and commercial litigation lawyer who acts for high-net-worth individuals, Web3 innovators, and multinational corporations in complex commercial and crypto-related disputes.

With extensive international experience across the UK, China, and the Philippines, Michelle brings a globally informed perspective to her work. Her BigLaw background includes acting on significant cross-border matters, securities disputes, class actions, AML/CTF regulatory investigations, cyber-incident response, and complex due-diligence reviews. She brings strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multifaceted, multinational disputes.

Michelle is experienced in developing efficient processes and using legal technology to bring innovation, sharp legal thinking, and efficiency to high-volume, document-intensive commercial disputes and class actions.

Holding a dual degree in Law (Honours) and Criminology, Michelle has a particular interest in white-collar crime and has been recognised for her Honours thesis on casinos and money laundering. She has also practised as a criminal lawyer, with experience in case conferencing, prosecutorial negotiations, and courtroom advocacy.
