Subash is an experienced Web3 strategist and growth leader with over 13 years in brand building, digital marketing, and business development. At Gosai Law, he leads global marketing and commercial strategy, driving client acquisition, partnerships, and the firm’s positioning as the world’s pre-eminent Web3 legal powerhouse.
Before joining Gosai Law, Subash served as Chief Marketing Officer at TaskOn, where he scaled the platform to over 12 million users and generated more than $700K in SaaS revenue within its first year. He designed and executed large-scale ecosystem campaigns with leading L1 and L2 blockchains, advised on token distribution strategies, and built TaskOn’s brand into one of the most recognised user-growth platforms in Web3.
Beyond TaskOn, Subash is an active angel investor and advisor to Web3 projects and has spoken on stages across Asia and Europe on topics ranging from SocialFi and user growth to stable coin adoption, and is recognised for bridging commercial strategy with deep ecosystem insight.
His career spans senior leadership roles across Africa, Asia, and Europe, where he built growth frameworks for both startups and multinationals. Today, he applies that global perspective to position Gosai Law at the centre of Web3’s regulatory and commercial evolution.
His core focus at Gosai Law is building a multi-million-dollar client pipeline, scaling brand presence across APAC, US, EU, and UAE, and creating long-term commercial partnerships with founders, protocols, and investors.
