Syrus brings close to 20 years of experience in recruitment and business development, with a strong track record across both startup and multinational environments. Originally based in London and now residing in Sydney for the past 15 years, he has successfully partnered with a wide range of organisations, particularly within the financial services sector.
Throughout his career, Syrus has consistently demonstrated a strategic approach to talent acquisition, with a focus on aligning recruitment initiatives with business objectives and organisational culture.
He has extensive experience in building teams from the ground up, from entry-level appointments through to C-suite placements and has played a key role in scaling operations through the development and leadership of high-performing sales functions.
In his role at Gosai Law, Syrus is supporting the firm’s accelerated global growth strategy and is actively contributing to the development of a high-performance, values-driven culture. He is also responsible for establishing a future-focused sales division, aimed at expanding the firm’s client base across emerging sectors including Crypto, Web3, Fintech, Tokenisation, NFTs, and Gaming.
